Straight answers before you apply.
Everything applicants ask us, grouped the way they ask it. If your question is not here, the team will answer it directly.
The model
What UCE does, what you do, and what it costs.
Do I need my own inventory?
No. United Card Exchange supplies 100% of the product you sell on stream. It's staged at your station before you sit down.
Who ships the orders?
We do. Every order from your stream is packed and shipped by our fulfillment team, and our support team handles buyer questions and returns.
Is there a cost to join?
No application fee and no station rental. UCE earns only when you sell.
Getting started
Audience, platforms, facilities, and your first session.
Do I need an existing audience?
It helps, but it isn't required. We've onboarded creators who had never gone live. What matters is energy, reliability, and a schedule you can keep.
Which platforms can I stream on?
Whatnot, TikTok Shop, YouTube, and Instagram. We'll help set up your channel on any of them and configure overlays and tooling at your station.
Can I stream from more than one facility?
Yes. Once you're approved, you can book open station hours at any UCE facility.
What does a session look like?
Sessions run two to six hours. You arrive, product is staged, cameras and lighting are dialed, and a floor lead is on hand the whole time.
Money
How the split works and when you get paid.
How do I get paid?
Your stream's gross sales minus the product cost is split between you and UCE at your program tier. Your dashboard shows every line item in real time, and payouts run on a fixed weekly schedule.
Ask a person, not a form.
A floor lead answers every streamer inquiry. Or skip ahead and tell us about yourself in the application.
