Published while it is still a draft on purpose: it is better that you can read where the terms are heading than that the page sits behind a login until the day it binds you.
01What this website does
This website is a storefront for information: what we sell, when we are streaming, what the sealed market is doing, and how to reach us. You cannot buy anything here. There is no cart, no checkout, and no account, and we do not take payment details on this site.
02Where a purchase actually happens
Every sale is completed on a third-party platform: Whatnot, TikTok Shop, YouTube, or Instagram. That platform processes the payment, holds the transaction record, and applies its own buyer protection and dispute rules. Those rules govern your purchase, and where they conflict with anything we have written, they win. These terms govern your use of this website and any dealing you have with us directly, such as selling us a collection.
03Product descriptions and condition
We describe product on camera as accurately as we can, and condition is shown live before a sale closes. Grading opinions from PSA, CGC and BGS are theirs, not ours; we report the grade on the slab and do not warrant it.
04Prices and stock
Prices are set at the time of sale on the platform. Any market figures published on this site come from our own research desk and describe the market, not our stock or our prices. They are information, not an offer.
05Selling us a collection
If you use the sell form, you are asking us for an offer, and we are not obliged to make one. Any figure you give us is your estimate, not a valuation by us, and any offer we make is not binding until both sides agree in writing. Nothing in the form creates a sale. Terms for shipping a collection to us, who bears the risk in transit, and how and when payment is made are agreed with you directly before anything is sent.
06Intellectual property
The words, design, logo and market research on this site are ours. Pokémon and every other game, set and character name belongs to its own owner and appears here only to describe what we sell. Recordings of a stream belong to whoever made the stream: ours are ours, and an independent streamer's are theirs, subject to the platform's own licence terms.
07No warranty on the market data
The pricing pages are derived from a third-party feed and are published as-is, with no warranty that they are accurate, complete, or current. They are not investment advice, not an appraisal, and not a basis for a trade. Trading cards are collectibles and their prices go down as well as up.
08Limits on what we owe you
For anything bought on a platform, that platform's protections apply first and our liability is limited to the price you paid for the item in question. For a collection you have sent us, our liability is limited to the agreed value of that collection. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision made on the basis of the market data.
09Age
This site is intended for adults. The streamer program requires you to be 18 or older, and you must be old enough to transact on whichever platform you buy through.
10Governing law and disputesUndecided
Not yet set. These terms do not currently name a state whose law applies, a venue for disputes, or a process for resolving them. That is a decision for counsel and it will be made before these terms take effect.
11Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the version in effect. While that line still says the document is under review, no version is in effect.
One section of this document is marked undecided. Those are real gaps waiting on a decision, not drafting shorthand, and they are listed openly so nobody reads a placeholder as a term.
