A deep local base of buyers and sellers who already trade in person. Card shows, shops, and club nights are the signal.
Creator base
Streamers who want a room, not a warehouse. We look for cities where independent hosts are already going live from kitchens and spare rooms.
Shipping lanes
Same-day carrier pickup and one- to two-day ground coverage to the surrounding region. Buyers should not wait.
Real-estate fit
A space we can build to spec: floor for stations, a vault, a packing line, and parking or transit access for the team.
