This is a working draft being reviewed before it is adopted. Nothing on this page is a binding term today, and no part of the site asks you to agree to it. When it is in effect this notice is replaced by a date.
Published while it is still a draft on purpose: it is better that you can read where the terms are heading than that the page sits behind a login until the day it binds you.
01The short version
This site sets no cookies of its own. It runs no advertising and no cross-site tracking. It has no accounts and no logins, and it stores nothing about you on its own servers. The only personal information it handles is what you type into one of its five forms, and that is forwarded straight to us and kept nowhere else on this site.
02What you give us
Five forms collect information, and only what each one shows you. Contact: your name, email and message. City waitlist: your name, email, city and whether you are a buyer or a streamer. Newsletter: your email. Sell your collection: your name, email, phone, nearest room, a description of the collection and an estimated value band. Streamer application: your name, email, phone, city and state, platform and handle, audience size, availability, categories, and a short description of how you stream. Every form also carries a hidden field that only an automated bot fills in; a submission with it filled in is discarded and never reaches us.
03The sell form, specifically
A collection description plus a value band plus your name, phone and city is more sensitive than a contact detail, and we treat it that way. It is used to prepare an offer for you and for nothing else. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with another collector or dealer.
04What we do with it
Answer you. Prepare an offer on a collection. Assess a streamer application. Tell you when a room opens in your city, if you asked. Send the market email, if you asked for that. Nothing else.
05Who else sees it
Three kinds of company, and no others. Vercel hosts this site and runs its analytics. Resend delivers a form submission to us as email. A workflow tool may receive the same submission so it lands in front of the right person. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. Each of these is named on request; the specific tools may change and this section is updated when they do.
06Analytics, cookies and your device
The site sets no cookies. It uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which are cookieless: they record which page was viewed, where the visit came from, a coarse country-level location, and the kind of device and browser, plus how quickly pages loaded. They do not follow you to other websites. One thing is stored in your own browser and never sent anywhere: a saved draft of a streamer application, so you can leave the form and come back to it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
07IP addresses
Our servers see your IP address, as every web server does, and use it briefly to stop one person submitting a form hundreds of times. It is not stored, not attached to your submission, and not sent on to anyone.
08How long we keep itUndecided
This website keeps nothing. A submission exists in our inbox and in the tools listed above, and how long it stays there is not yet governed by a written retention schedule. Setting one, with a specific period for sell-form submissions, is outstanding and will be done before this policy takes effect.
09Asking us to delete something
You can ask, and we will do it. Be aware of what we can honestly promise: because submissions live in an inbox rather than a database, we cannot yet guarantee we have found every copy, and we will tell you what we deleted rather than claim more than that. 10Email you asked for
If you signed up for the market email, you can stop it by replying and saying so. There is no mailing-list platform behind it yet, so there is no unsubscribe link to click; a reply is the mechanism and it works.
11California, the EU and the UKUndecided
Not yet addressed. This policy does not currently set out California privacy rights, a legal basis for processing under UK or EU law, or an international transfer mechanism. Whether those regimes apply to this business is a question for counsel, and it will be answered here before this policy takes effect rather than left to a single line about not selling data.
12Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
