United Card Exchange
AboutFormerly Elite Card Exchange

From Elite Card Exchange to United Card Exchange.

Same team, same founder, same daily inventory. A new name for a company that now houses in-house talent and independent streamers under one roof in four cities, with a new room opening every month.

Why the name changed

One platform, every room.

Elite Card Exchange was a streaming operation with a team and a vault in Okemos. By 2024 it was also a network of rooms in Miami, Manhattan, and San Juan, and independent creators were sitting down at our stations with our product. The old name described a shop. The business had become a platform.

“United” says it plainly: every room, every streamer, one inventory. In-house talent and independent streamers sell from the same shelves, ship from the same lines, and show up on the same schedule.

What hasn't changed

The people and the rule.

The same team is behind the wall, the same founder is on camera, and the same daily inventory discipline runs the floor. Bailey Buoniello started streaming Pokémon on Facebook Live in November 2018 and was among the original trading-card sellers on Whatnot. He still streams from Okemos most nights.

We are always in stock and we sell every day. That was true under the old name and it is true under this one.

Timeline

Eight years, one rule, four cities.

  1. 2018

    First Facebook Live

November 2018. Pokémon packs, a phone on a tripod, and a handful of viewers. One of the first to sell cards live at scale.

  2. 2019

    Daily streaming

Streaming becomes a seven-day operation. The rule is set: never run dry, never make a buyer wait.

  3. 2020

    Early on Whatnot

Among the original trading-card sellers on the platform as live commerce becomes a category.

  4. 2022

    Elite Card Exchange

The operation becomes a company with a team, a vault, and a fulfillment line in Okemos, Michigan.

  5. 2024

    Multi-city

Miami, Manhattan, and San Juan studios open. Independent streamers start sitting down in our rooms.

  6. 2026

    United Card Exchange

The rebrand: one platform for in-house talent and independent streamers, opening a new facility every month.

What we believe

Three rules we run the floor on.

01

Never run dry

An inventory floor in every category, in every room, replenished daily. A stream without product is not a stream.

02

Never make a buyer wait

Orders ship within one business day from the room they sold in. Questions get answered on camera, not in a ticket queue.

03

Anyone should be able to sit down and stream

The setup took years to build. Now the product, the studio, and the fulfillment are waiting for whoever walks in with a personality and a schedule.
